– Apple Gurukul Project
1994
(In collaboration with APPLE INDIA) Jiva conducted a seminar on Education System with thousands of teachers and Principals of different schools from all over India to effectively use technology in schools.
– ERNET (Education & Research Networking) project
1995
Executed ERNET (Education & Research Networking) project in collaboration with Department of Electronics, Government of India to promote computer and Information Technology in Indian Schools through radio link tower.
– ED.CIL Project
1995
ED.CIL is a Public Undertaking under Ministry of Education. ED.CIL engaged Jiva as a consultant on some of their projects related to primary and secondary schools to spread learning centred education in primary schools.
– India’s Curriculum of Tomorrow (ICOT) Project
1996
Initiating a holistic educational framework with ICOT, Jiva pioneered the concept and became the first school to implement its own constructive educational curriculum.

– Schlumberger SEED Project
2000
Collaborated with Schlumberger, an International organization, to establish a computer center which can be used for the benefit of the community. It also aimed at connecting students to the science world and schools to the internet universe, Jiva accomplished the Learning Support System project that SEED actively promotes.

– Jiva’s Earth One Project
2001
Headed the Earth One Project (Linking school to environment) in collaboration with the Embassy of United States. Aimed at promoting Environmental Awareness, Information, and Action among the students of India, Jiva’s Earth One Project integrates environment-related activities and resources into the curriculum.
Key Outcomes
• Creating an Environment Resource Centre
• Providing content, training, and other online resources for students
• Facilitating collaborative projects with other environmental organisations
– WAVE (World Association for Value Education)
2001
Jiva promoted the fundamentals of WAVE, a Teacher Training workshop that aims to strengthen the education system by including culture and value in the learning process.
Key Outcomes
• Enabling teachers to identify, groom and develop the underlying talents of students.
• Following and teaching students to pursue a disciplined lifestyle for psycho-physical balance.
• Enhancing their positive approach towards imparting value-based education to students.
– Media Lab Asia Project
2002
Partnered with Media Lab Asia, a collaboration between the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology (Govt. of India) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA where under Jiva’s role was to develop technologies that enhance rural development in education, health care and enterprise.
– Giangukai Projects: Our School, Our Future
2003-2005
Amidst esteemed primary schools of Italy, the U.K, Brazil, Uganda, and Senegal, Jiva represented India and worked as a project coordinator on the GIANGUKAI project in an effort to connect schools globally.

• Connecting schools across Cultural, Geographical, and Language divides
• Using the provision of global resources in an optimal manner
• Linking schools in Europe (the North) with schools in Africa, Asia and Latin America (the South)

First iMac lab was installed in Jiva Public School

– Kala Raksha Project
2003
Conducted Learning for Earning program in Bhuj, Gujarat with Judy Frater, President, Kala Raksha from USA. The main goal of the program was to work for the upliftment of the rural women, and educate them so that they can learn for better earning. More than 3000 women from 15 different villages are earning now due to this program.
– Project Mijwan
2003
Following in the footsteps of famous Indian writer and reformist Kaifi Azmi, Jiva aimed to uplift Mijwan, a remote village in Uttar Pradesh, and provide economic stability for quality education.
Key Outcomes
- Encouraging local villagers and their families towards education.
- Creating relevant courses for the local needs.
- Working closely with American India Foundation to empower the people.
– Antelop Company
2006
Antelop Company, UK made a documentary on Indian Knowledge System & Traditions which will be helpful in creating healthy and peaceful society.
